This product was advertised as "The Plan friendly" meaing that the granola met the requirements of the dietary program called The Plan. When I received the three pack I discovered that only two of the three packages were The Plan friendly. The third package had ingredients that made me unable to use it as it contains gluten and other ingredients not allowed. Had I known this I would not have bought the product. The granola is delicious but one of the cereals in this pack contains oat clusters, which is not plan friendly. that's the only reason I didn't give this a higher rating. The products were not as fresh as they should have been - they smelled and tasted oily/rank. I was not impressed with the quality. Now I will make my own. Product Description
Don't be fooled by the other flax seed granola imitators. We prepare our crunchy-chewy flax-granola by soaking dried, sweetened cranberries, mixing in ground cinnamon then adding flax seeds. Depending on the variety, we then add walnuts, sunflower seeds and other dried fruits. We bake in low heat for several hours, teasing the flax until it clusters naturally into granola-like nuggets. We add NO wheat, and NO added preservatives. This is a GMO free product handcrafted by the bakers of Columbia County Bread & Granola. *We make our products in a facility where products with gluten (wheat) are also prepared
