Well, it has been okay, but we love the regular more.
This product is wheat-free, dairy-free and vegan friendly.
The box says it is naturally low-fat and cholesterol-free; safe for lacto-vegetarians.

Especially good with a little fresh or dried fruit added. When they say high fiber they mean it. You won't be needing a second bowl. Very filling. I am so sad. I have been searching for another cereal to take it's place with the same flavor. I thought I found it in this since the ingredients seemed similar,& it looked similar in the picture... NO.
