You feel fuller longer. The benefit to eating this type of oatmeal over regular is the amount of protein and fiber you get for a fraction of the calories. If you're looking for something that tastes like the sugar-loaded stuff, keep moving. This stuff tastes different - deal with it. If you don't appreciate the aftertaste some have mentioned, drink water. No more complaining. I've kept up with this each morning -and- a steady workout regimen. Lost quite a bit of weight in the stomach and face areas. I actually love it and I dont find that is has an aftertaste like the previous reviewer. This is great is you are watching what you eat. It does have more oatmeal in the package vs some of the other Quaker instant oatmeal. High in fiber and protein. Amazon has the best price on this oatmeal versus buying the boxes in the store. The product description states four 12.6 ounce boxes with 8 packets in each box. I ordered this same product previously and received the product as described. However, this time I received a plain brown box with 32 packets dumped inside. I have no idea how fresh or old this stuff is because the packets were not in cereal boxes which would also show the expiration dates |
