For those of us that have been eating low carb for years, this stuff is awsome. I can't tell you how I missed having a bowl of cereal. This is not that great right out of the box ,but add some cold almond milk and it's heaven. I need to be careful and not over do it on this cereal. Give it a try you wont regret it . I eat all my cereals with skim milk. You shouldn't eat too much soy protein, but as I only eat cereal in the morning, and it's my only source of soy protein, I don't knock stars for doing what every high protein cereal I've tried has done.Taste - 4.5/5 -The taste of this cereal is very good. I notice the vanilla and the almond, but the flavor is not as strong as the Hi-Lo Maple Pecan. This cereal goes with most other cereals, which is a plus since I like to mix cereals. This cereal tastes no worse, and often better, than most low protein cereals. Texture - 4/5 -The texture is fine for cereal, but I typically like more of a crunch in my cereal. This cereal is not too soft, and not too crunchy, somewhere right in the middle. If it sits too long in milk, it will become soggy (like all cereals), but I don't really have that problem. One...
